There is big news for the fans of the reality show ‘Alliance’. The second season of the show is not far away. Prime Video has announced that ‘Alliance Season 2’ will return in January 2027. This time the audience can see more drama than before, new pairings and many new twists in the game.
In the first season, friendship, alliance and deception among the contestants had created a lot of discussion. Now ‘System’ will also be presented in a new style in the second season. According to the makers, this time the game will be more difficult than before and the contestants will face many new challenges.

Announcing Season 2 on social media, Prime Video has hinted at new alliances and more drama. This time also the contestants will not get a chance to move forward on the basis of strength alone. They will have to tie up with the right people at the right time and also make their strategy according to the changing game. Nikhil Madhok, Head of Originals, Prime Video India, said that the first season not only gathered viewers but also created a group of people who were keeping an eye on every decision, alliance and game move of the show. He told that due to this response, it was decided not to make the audience wait for a whole year.
How was the first season of ‘Alliance’?
The first season of ‘Alliance’ started on 26 June 2026. The show was hosted by Bollywood actor and director Kunal Khemu. This was Prime Video’s first daily reality show, new episodes of which streamed every day at 12 noon. 16 celebrity contestants participated in the first season. Initially all were in eight pairs and were divided into four teams named Kings, Warriors, Legends and Hunters. Here the competition was not only about physical strength, but also tested knowledge, strategy and mutual relationships.
Who was the winner of season 1?
Mini Mathur won the finale of season 1. He left Ali Goni and Ruhi Dosani behind and won the prize money of Rs 50 lakh. Ali Goni was the first runner-up and Ruhi was the second runner-up.
When will Season 2 start?
‘Alliance’ is an Indian show based on the Dutch format, produced by Banijay Asia. Now new contestants, new strategies and a changed ‘system’ will be seen in the second season. ‘Alliance Season 2’ will premiere on Prime Video on January 14, 2027.
