Enumerating the achievements of his government, the CM further said, “In the last nine and a half years, our government has changed this system. Today in 57,600 village secretariats, the villagers are getting all the facilities in the villages through e-Gram Swaraj, digital payments, online monitoring and village secretariats. The functioning of the Panchayats is transparent and accountable. Due to the operation of the village secretariats, 5 to 7 employment opportunities have been created in every village.”

He said, “Digital libraries are being established in 11,350 gram panchayats. For us, gram swaraj is not a political slogan, it is the village of Mahatma Gandhi's dreams and its resolve for self-reliance. Strong panchayats, prosperous villages and self-reliant Uttar Pradesh – this is our gram swaraj. There is no place for the familial model in our gram swaraj.”
