A very shocking incident has come to light from Nagpur district of Maharashtra. The altercation that started over a minor transaction of just Rs 20 in Butibori area took a bloody turn within a short time. During an argument over his refusal to pay money for sewing slippers, a boy attacked a 76-year-old man on the head with an iron tool used in cobbler work.
After the incident, the elderly man was immediately taken to Nagpur AIIMS in a bleeding condition, where he died during treatment. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police have arrested the accused and registered a case of murder against him and started further legal action.

How did the controversy start?
It is being told that on October 3, 35 year old Dilip Pawar had gone to the shop to get his slippers repaired. After the work was over, when he was asked for Rs 20 for the stitching, he flatly refused to pay. When Jaisingh Rajaram Bhaiswar, who was present at the shop, told Dilip that the work has been done, he should give him Rs 20 for his hard work, the accused got angry on this. As the argument escalated, the accused started abusing and in anger picked up an iron tool kept at the shop and hit the old man on his head.

Police took action
After the attack, the elderly man fell on the spot due to severe head injury. With the help of local people he was taken to the hospital. After reaching there the doctors could not save him. As soon as information about the incident was received, Butibori police took immediate action and took the accused Dilip Pawar into custody. According to the police officer, a case of murder has been registered against the accused and he will be presented in the court soon.
