You should start the day with things rich in protein, fiber, calcium and vitamins. For this, prepare and eat this breakfast consisting of pulses, porridge and makhana. When there is shortage of time to prepare breakfast in the morning, then this easy to prepare breakfast can prove to be super healthy for you. By eating just one bowl of this breakfast, your stomach will remain full till afternoon. This breakfast is prepared by cooking it with milk. Healthy alternatives like jaggery or jaggery powder are also being used for sweets. So without any delay, let us immediately note down the recipe of healthy breakfast.

Breakfast rich in protein, fiber and calcium

First step- Take half a bowl of almonds i.e. about 20 almonds and soak them in water overnight. Take 2-3 tablespoons of poppy seeds and put it in water and soak it overnight. Now peel the almonds, add some milk or water along with poppy seeds and grind them finely. It will be ready like a paste.

Second step- Now fry half a cup of makhana in a pan until it becomes crispy. Take out the roasted makhana in a plate. Now add 1 spoon of desi ghee in the pan and add 3-4 spoons of washed moong dal in it and fry it lightly. After the lentils are roasted, add 1 cup of oatmeal and mix both the things and fry.

Third step- Once the pulses and porridge are lightly roasted, add milk to it and mix. Now add ground almonds and poppy seeds paste into it. Now add milk and cover the dal and porridge on low flame and let it cook. Let both things cook on low flame. If you want, you can also make it in a cooker. When pulses and porridge are mixed with milk, add jaggery powder to it.

Fourth step- Now add ground cardamom and mix everything. Now add roasted makhana in it and mix the porridge and serve it when it is slightly hot or cold. Once you prepare breakfast of porridge like this and eat it, you will keep licking your fingers. This breakfast is very beneficial for health, it will keep your stomach full for a long time.
