According to a report, prices range from $11 million for a 3-bedroom unit to $58.5 million for a full-floor 5-bedroom unit with a balcony. The building will have other facilities like a 60-foot swimming pool, billiards room, wellness center and piano lounge in the basement and common areas. These flats are set to be sold by 2027.
