Chandigarh In protest against the derogatory remarks made against Punjabis, Aam Aadmi Party surrounded the BJP office Kamalam in Chandigarh and demonstrated strongly.
AAP leaders and workers demanded the immediate dismissal of BJP Chandigarh President Jitendra Pal Malhotra, saying that insult to Punjab and Punjabis will not be tolerated at any cost.
Punjab has given the country martyrs, food donors and brave sons who protect the borders. Insulting Punjab and Punjabis is an insult to the sentiments of crores of countrymen.
Our demands:
Jitendra Pal Malhotra should be dismissed immediately
Public apology should be made to Punjabis
