Draft. Masodhi police station arrested the absconding accused in a case registered under assault and other serious sections and sent him to jail in judicial custody.
According to the information received from the police, in the case registered in Masaurhi police station case number 350/26, dated 09 May 2026, accused Sudhir Kumar, father Nageshwar Prasad, resident Sevanan Tola Raghunathpur, police station Karuna, district Jehanabad were arrested. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(1) and 3(5) of BNS.
The police team formed under the leadership of the police station chief conducted a raid and arrested the accused. After completing the necessary legal procedures, he was sent to jail in judicial custody.
