Adidas Layoffs: Sportswear company Adidas has decided to reduce the number of employees on a large scale in its technology organization in India. The company has confirmed the elimination of several positions at its India Tech Hub in Gurugram. This decision has affected many technology related roles including software engineer, data scientist and data engineer. According to reports, about 700 employees work in this tech hub of Gurugram. Of these, it has come to light that about 350 or more employees have been affected. This means that about 45 to 50 percent of the hub’s workforce may be affected.
