What do we see in the After Impact trailer?

The trailer opens with Ethan, the protagonist, walking inside his family’s dusty bunker, as the threat of an asteroid collision looms over the planet. As people panic and seek shelter, the protagonist inherits one of the country’s largest greenhouses after his father’s death.

As the asteroid is about to hit the Planet, he escapes into the family’s bunker. As everything around him rattles, Ethan braces for impact. The audience is then shown glimpses of the character trying to survive in isolation. From making his way out of a cave to exploring the post-apocalyptic world on his own.

As days go by, Ethan holds on to survival in despair in a now-silent world. However, the trailer shows the character regaining hope, as he is rescued by fellow survivors. As the trailer comes to an end, audiences see that Ethan’s survival quest doesn’t end at being rescued, as a friendly face turns into a foe.

The post-apocalyptic movie was first released as a mini-series on the director’s YouTube channel on October 22, 2022. It stars Rensen as the lead, Ethan Nester.
