Bollywood actor Aishwarya Rai is back in Mumbai after making a striking appearance at Paris Fashion Week. The actor was spotted at the airport in the wee hours on Tuesday night. She greeted the paps, posed for selfies with fans and also gave them autographs.

Aishwarya looked stunning in dramatic black couture. Aishwarya opted for a deep plum leather double-breasted trench coat, which instantly stood out for its rich, autumnal hue and structured silhouette. She wore the long coat with dark indigo flared denim jeans.

She completed her look with leather boots and carried a large dark brown leather tote with braided handles. A smartwatch added a casual, practical touch to the otherwise luxe ensemble.

The actor also wore dark sunglasses perched on top of her head, while her long, deep cherry-red hair was styled in loose waves. Her burgundy-toned hair was left open.

A video circulating on social media shows the actress signing an autograph for a fan before stopping to acknowledge the photographers waiting for her.

Instead of posing separately, Aishwarya suggested, “Aao sab log ek photo lete hain” (Come, let’s all take a picture together), inviting the paparazzi to join her for a group selfie.

The photographers responded with delight as the actress made sure everyone was included in the photograph.

At Paris Fashion Week, Aishwarya had walked the runway wearing a dramatic velvet outfit featuring a crystal-embellished cape.

Married to actor Abhishek Bachchan since 2007, she belongs to one of Bollywood’s most prominent families.

This warm interaction with the paparazzi highlights a contrast with her mother-in-law, Jaya Bachchan, who is known for her complicated relationship with photographers.

Jaya Bachchan has publicly expressed discomfort with paparazzi culture and prefers photographers to keep a respectful distance, allowing her to approach them on her own terms.

Recently, Aishwarya also made headlines for travelling to Paris without her daughter Aaradhya, who usually accompanies her to many events and trips but was absent this time.

Well, the moment Aishwarya stepped out of the airport, Salman Khan was also spotted in and around the city. He too had stepped out of his Galaxy apartment for work.

Several videos of Salman have gone viral. The actor did not appear to engage with the paps much during the latest spotting. Instead, Salman briefly posed for the cameras while maintaining his calm and composed aura.

As the video of Salman went viral on social media, fans flooded the comments section with reactions. One user commented, “Rare scenario of Bhai treatment actually working.” Another reacted to the paparazzi’s response, writing, “Paps are scared as hell from Salman Khan.”

Salman was seen wearing a black shirt paired with jeans. He completed his look with a cowboy hat, while his appearance also caught attention as he flaunted his abs for the cameras.

An Instagram page was seen sharing a post of Salman and Aishwarya Rai stepping out at the same time, with both twinning in black fits.

Salman Khan revisited his comments on paparazzi culture during the latest Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar, revealing that his earlier remarks about intrusive photographs had been taken in the “right spirit”. He said, “Last week I spoke about trolls and bad shots being taken; the paparazzi have taken that really well,” adding that actresses who were uncomfortable with such photography had been heard.

Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh also praised the paparazzi who respect boundaries, saying, “The older paps are very respectful; they hear you out.” Salman agreed that the more experienced photographers understand the limits, while pointing out that the problem is also created by people with mobile phones who pose as paparazzi.

“Some of those guys with mobiles are not even paps; the actual paps should shoo those people away from there. Today, anyone can get a camera and reach anywhere; that’s not done,” he said.

After Salman’s rant on paps on Bigg Boss 20, Farah Khan too told the paps not to shoot her from behind.

Farah Khan recently called out the paparazzi as they tried to take shots of her from behind. The filmmaker-turned-YouTuber reminded the paps of what Salman Khan had said on Bigg Boss and questioned them in frustration, “Are, turn karo matlab kya?” while asking them not to take shots from behind.

Farah Khan was recently confronted by the paparazzi while she was being filmed as she walked. As the paps tried to capture her from behind, the filmmaker-turned-YouTuber turned around and said, “Salman bhai ne bola na, peeche se nahi lene ka.” She then told the paparazzi, “Turn karo,” making it clear she did not want them filming her from behind.

Farah Khan is not the only celebrity to draw the line at intrusive paparazzi angles. Following Salman Khan’s remarks on Bigg Boss 20, the conversation around “back shots” has found echoes among other celebrities as well.

Manushi Chhillar was recently seen asking the paparazzi to delete pictures taken from behind, firmly saying, “Please delete that. Don’t put any back shots.” Neha Dhupia, too, has previously confronted photographers over the practice, questioning, “Yeh badtameezi se backshot kaun leta hai?” and asking them to stop.

Salman had also cited Neha and Saiee Manjrekar while highlighting how such photographs can make actresses uncomfortable.
