Has BJP made banking worse than usury?
If the BJP government, which has been talking about banking reforms since 2014, clarifies only the following 12 points out of the countless questions related to the poor banking system in the last 12 years, then the general public struggling with banking problems will get some relief:
Twelve years, twelve questions:
1. Why did the BJP government loot billions of rupees by deducting money from the general public by imposing penalty on their accounts?

2. Why did BJP start collecting as per its wish in the name of new charges for various services like SMS money, ATM money, account maintenance money? Why did you defame small borrowers by sending recovery agents to their homes for a few thousand rupees? On the other hand, why did the corruption of billionaires waive off loans worth trillions of rupees?
3. Why did you reduce the amount of money coming into the hands of the elderly and those who are forced to survive on the interest earned on their pension deposits? Why were interest rates reduced?
4. Why did you corrupt the banking system by playing the game of currency exchange in the name of demonetization? Why did the general public and elderly women stand in line to exchange their saved money? On the contrary, why was black money converted into white through backdoor commission?
5. Why suddenly the public's precious metals, investment certificates and other heritage etc. started disappearing from the bank lockers in the last 12 years only. Why were crores of rupees recovered from the public through stamp papers in the name of locker agreement? Why does locker rent increase every year? Why do they take rent for several years in advance, but in case of theft, why is there a guarantee of returning only Rs 5 lakh?
6. What is the secret of swindling public money by pretending to do KYC again and again? What is the reason for failure of online KYC? Why is there a fear of closing the account without KYC? Who will answer the problem of elderly people not being able to get KYC done due to fingerprints and iris not being available? Due to this, what should those poor people do whose pension gets stopped and whose savings get stuck?

7. Why has the bank been deliberately made sick? Why were honest and truthful bank employees systematically defamed by accusing the staff of embezzlement? Why were reliable banks weakened for years in the name of problems like server is down, printer is not working, OTP is not coming, there is a lot of work today, it will come tomorrow? Why were the reliable banks weakened for years and why was the arrangement made to sell the bank by taking commission?
8. Why is there no hearing of public problems in the name of digital banking? Why is there no one to directly talk to when money gets deducted online or banking fraud occurs? Why is there no call on customer care and no one is responsible for returning the money after deduction? Why are there no safeguards and awareness campaigns launched to prevent innocent people from misusing their accounts for fraud?
9. The general public keeps making rounds of banks to get a loan of a few lakhs for children's education, for home, for expanding work or business, getting entangled in Aadhaar, PAN, guarantor, CIBIL and some corrupt people, in collusion, easily abscond with loans worth billions of rupees from banks. Why such discrimination in loans?
10. In whose pocket does the profit of forcibly selling insurance in the name of opening an account go? Why is there pressure to get an insurance policy, credit card and FD to open an account?
11. Why does the government ignore the demands of bank employees regarding working conditions and service conditions, and dealing with the frustration of aggrieved customers? Because of this, why do bank employees have to go on strike every time? Why is sympathetic attitude not adopted towards bank employees? The truth is that whether it is urban or rural banking problems, they have to face everyone's complaints and public anger, due to which sometimes abusive and violent situations arise. Why does the BJP government blatantly ignore bank customers and bank employees and behave disrespectfully, shamefully and condemnably towards them?

12. Why did the BJP cheat the exploited-deprived-poor 'PDA Samaj' who opened 'Jan-Dhan Account'? In the name of zero balance account, why did you label the poor as debtors by deducting penalty charges from their accounts and taking their accounts into minus? Why doesn't India start a truly understandable 'Financial Literacy Campaign' in simple language to create awareness among the general public? Should people not develop the understanding of banking and continue to be cheated like this, is this the real intention of the BJP government? Those who used the slogan 'Your account is the giver of fortune' should now tell the truth to the public: 'Your account is the cause of loss'.
Specific: When the answers to 'these 12 questions of the last 12 years' of BJP rule will be received from the BJP government, then hundreds of other questions related to the 'deteriorating banking system' will also be asked.
