Lucknow. Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav held a press conference on Sunday. During the press conference, he targeted the BJP government regarding the UP Assembly session. He said, “The BJP government now has only four days left, hence the Assembly session is being held for only four days.” He said, “The BJP government will spend the first day paying homage, and the second day absolving itself of the responsibility for the theft at Lord Ram’s temple in Ayodhya by shifting the blame from itself to the central government.”

He said that the third day will be spent in avoiding the student protests that took place across the state like Prayagraj and the fourth day will be spent in announcing the end of the session quickly while hiding the face of the public insult of the grieving mother. While addressing the media at the SP headquarters in Lucknow, he said that along with the NEET exam, papers of many other exams were leaked and Uttar Pradesh is the state where the maximum number of papers have been leaked. He also said that if adding ethanol is so profitable then at least automobile companies should say this and give advertisements.
He further said, their intentions and motives regarding Jauhar University have not been right from the very first day. They want to hammer the university. He also said, 26 thousand government schools have been closed in Uttar Pradesh. The children of backward, Dalit and tribal communities will be most affected by the closure of these schools. He said that the enrollment of 28 lakh children has decreased due to the merger of schools. The government has abolished government jobs. The number of teachers in schools has decreased by more than 62 thousand. At the same time, the posts of more than 81 thousand teachers are vacant. The government is not making new recruitments.
He said that during the session, SP MLAs will demand answers from the government on the issues of unemployment and corruption. The issues of expressways and electricity rates will be raised. They will also raise the issue of theft of offerings at the Ram Temple. He also criticized the government for the demolition of Jauhar University and said that if the SP forms the government in 2027, they will build a better JPNIC.
