Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma, under the efficient supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police Rishabh Runwal and Area Officer Ghorawal Rajesh Kumar Rai, under the efficient supervision of Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma, under the supervision of Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma, FIR No. 171/2026 Section 87, 64(2)(m), 74, 115(2), 352, A wanted accused under Section 351(3) BNS and Section 5L/6 and 7/8 POCSO Act was arrested.
On 04.09.2026, police station Karma was conducting a search in the area to check the suspicious person/vehicle and arrest the wanted accused. On the information of special informer, the accused Sonu son Rajkumar, resident of Nadihar, police station Karma, district Sonbhadra, aged about 24 years, was arrested at around 10:45 am by the police team near Baidarh culvert on the road from Shahganj to Baidarh. The arrested accused was wanted in the above case registered at Karma police station. After the arrest, necessary legal proceedings were completed and the accused was presented before the court.
