method of preparation
First of all cut the paneer into medium pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the paneer until it becomes light golden and take it out in a separate vessel. Now add some more oil in the same pan and fry the chopped onions. Then add peaches, garlic and green chillies, stir for a while and then add the pickled tomatoes. Once the tomatoes become soft, add turmeric, red chilli, coriander and salt, let the mixture cool and make a smooth gravy (paste). Again heat some oil in the pan and cook the prepared gravy properly for 5 to 10 minutes. If the gravy starts releasing oil, add curd or cream to it and stir well. Then add melted cheese and let it cook for a while.

Finally add big kando and kasuri methi.
The real taste of Paneer Do Pyaza comes from the onions added later. For this, cut one onion into big pieces (petals) and fry them lightly in a separate pan. When the cheese gets mixed properly with the masala, add large pieces of onion to the pan. Sprinkle kasuri methi and garam masala on top and cook the bhabharavi vegetable for 2 more minutes. Finally turn off the green dhana bhabharavi gas. Your hot 'Paneer Do Pyaza' is ready. Enjoy delicious food by serving it with rotli, naan or parotta.
