New Delhi . Renowned photographer and photojournalist Raghu Rai, who attracted the world’s attention by clicking pictures of the Bhopal gas tragedy, died in a private hospital here on Sunday morning. He was 83 years old.
Rai’s son and photographer Nitin Rai told that his father was diagnosed with prostate cancer two years ago, but later he started getting relief. The cancer then spread to the stomach, which was cured. He told that recently cancer had reached Rai’s brain and he had also started suffering from other age related problems.
