Accident in Parvati river in Dholpur, three children died due to drowning while bathing

Dholpur. Three died due to drowning in Parvati river in Dholpur district of eastern Rajasthan. The accident happened on Sunday afternoon in village Gadaich of Maniyan police station area of ​​Dholpur district. Where three boys and a girl drowned while bathing in Parvati river.

All three children studied in the government school of the village and had gone to the river with friends on holidays when this accident happened. After the accident, there is a state of mourning in Gadaich and surrounding areas and people are cursing the actions of the creator.

According to the police, about a dozen boys and girls of Gadaich village falling in Bintipura Gram Panchayat of Rajkheda assembly constituency had gone to take bath in the Parvati river flowing near the village on Sunday afternoon.

While bathing, three boys and a girl went into deep water and drowned. Hearing the screams of other children present on the river bank, the nearby villagers immediately ran to the spot.

The villagers risked their lives and started searching for the children and informed the police. After much effort, Maniya police station and local divers pulled out the bodies of the three children from the river.

Maniya CO Khalil Ahmed said that about ten children had gone to take bath in the Parvati river on Sunday afternoon in village Gadaich under Maniya police station. Three children drowned in deep water while bathing in Parvati river.

The deceased victims of the accident include 12 year old Bhura’s son Rambaran Kushwaha, 14 year old Sonam’s daughter Raghuveer Singh and 14 year old Nishu’s daughter Bhuri Singh.

The bodies of the deceased have been kept in the mortuary of the district hospital, where their post-mortem will be conducted. CO Khalil Ahmed said that in the initial investigation the accident seems to have happened due to going into deep water and the police is investigating the matter thoroughly.
