Investors of State Bank of India suffered the biggest loss.

State Bank: Last week, the market cap of 4 of the 10 most valued Sensex companies declined by a total of more than Rs 1,09,717.54 crore. Whereas, a total increase of Rs 46,685.61 crore was recorded in the market cap of the remaining 6 companies. Let us tell you that last week the 30-share Sensex index of BSE had closed with a rise of 414.69 points or 0.53 percent and the Nifty 50 index of NSE had closed with a rise of 178.6 points or 0.74 percent. Last week, the market cap of State Bank of India (SBI), Bharti Airtel, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Larsen & Toubro (L&T) declined.

During this period, investors of State Bank of India suffered the most losses. Last week, the market cap of SBI fell the most by Rs 44,722.34 crore and it came to Rs 9,41,107.62 crore. Bharti Airtel’s valuation declined by Rs 31,167.1 crore to Rs 11,18,055.03 crore. The market value of TCS declined by Rs 28,456.26 crore to Rs 8,66,477.69 crore. At the same time, the valuation of L&T declined by Rs 5,371.84 crore to Rs 5,46,621.21 crore.

Investors of these companies became rich
On the other hand, last week investors of Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, Hindustan Unilever and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) became rich as their market cap witnessed a rise. During this period, the market cap of HDFC Bank recorded the highest increase of Rs 15,425.09 crore and it increased to Rs 12,02,699.26 crore. The market cap of Bajaj Finance increased by Rs 11,486.89 crore to Rs 5,94,610.02 crore. Hindustan Unilever’s valuation increased by Rs 8,763.97 crore to Rs 5,37,562.98 crore.

Increase in market cap of Reliance Industries also recorded
Apart from these, the market value of Reliance Industries increased by Rs 6,563.28 crore to Rs 19,42,866.58 crore and the market cap of LIC increased by Rs 2,751.37 crore to Rs 5,07,549.44 crore. The market cap of ICICI Bank increased by Rs 1,694.61 crore to reach Rs 9,06,675.39 crore.
