Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shah on three-day Chhattisgarh tour from today
Raipur . Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah will be on a tour of Chhattisgarh from 17 to 19 May. During this, he will review the security arrangements, development works and public facilities of Bastar region.
He will participate in many programs in Raipur and Bastar divisions. Shah will visit Netanar and hold a meeting of the Central Regional Council in Jagdalpur. During this time, he will dispatch 400 new vehicles as part of the expansion of Dial-112 service in the state. Besides, initiative will also be taken towards providing the facility of forensic units in every district.
Programs like inauguration of public convenience centers in Bastar, review of development works and tribute to martyred soldiers will also be a part of the tour. The government is considering this visit as an important step towards balancing security and development.
