The participants demonstrated their talent, discipline, physical efficiency and dedication towards yoga by giving excellent performance of artistic and traditional yoga. On this occasion, Director of Rampur Raza Library, Dr. Pushkar Mishra said in his address that Rampur Raza Library There is always an insistence that we should enlighten the new generation as much as possible because it is this generation which takes it forward, be it heritage, tradition or knowledge, hence in our various programmes, especially in Yogotsav, we dedicate a whole day for children. When we organize our Rampur Raza Library Mahotsav, we also take full care that children should participate in it and children should be enlightened about a subject like Yoga, there can be no better education than this. Can’t.

Yoga develops holistically. If you do a yoga asana, it is not that any particular part of the body gets affected or becomes healthy, but it leaves its effect on the entire body and when the body is healthy, the mind is healthy, when the mind is healthy, good thoughts come, when good thoughts come, then good resolutions are made and when there are auspicious resolutions, then auspicious works are done in the society, hence yoga is the transmission of auspiciousness not only in our personal life but also in the public life and we Everyone is proud of the fact that a unique and miraculous science like Yoga, which brings welfare to the entire humanity, was developed in our India. India has always kept its doors and windows open for all kinds of thoughts to come, in which there is a trick from Rigveda, “Aa No Bhadra: Kratvo Yantu Vishwatah”, this mantra means that good thoughts should come to us in whatever form they are on earth and in the universe.

Do not close your eyes and ears, let whatever thought is coming from wherever it comes and just like a swan separates milk and water, whatever is auspicious, has good thoughts in it, adopt it and bring it into your conduct. In Ashtanga Yoga, there are Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi and the most important and first step in this is Yama and In Yama, special emphasis is on our behavior, that is, our conduct, thoughts and behavior should be such that we develop the values of religion, policy, justice, truth, dignity and virtue and if these types of values come within us, then our own behavior, our public behavior will be so auspicious that there will be no problem of any kind for the entire human race on earth. Many yoga practitioners are also sitting here and the children who are going to participate in this competition also practice yoga continuously. You all must have experienced what kind of miraculous changes Yoga brings within us. It is the responsibility of us Indians to take it to every corner of the earth and every human being on earth should benefit from it. This responsibility was handed over to us Indians thousands of years ago by our sages and maharishis.

He proclaimed, Prithivyan Sarvamanavah, he did not say that for this religion, for this language, for this region, for this gender, for this method of worship, he said Prithivyan Sarvamanavah: Every person on earth, in whatever form he is, should attain the same refinement and progress from there, this is the main aim of our Yoga and the way it has now taken the form of a movement at the international level. We all know that. 178 countries together decided that we will celebrate Yoga as International Yoga Day on 21st June. Yoga-Sangam is being organized tomorrow under Yogotsav and it is going to be held in more than 178 countries. Such a huge Yoga practice program dedicated to a single subject is unique in itself on earth and it is difficult to find any other such example. Tomorrow a new Guinness Book of World Records is going to be created. We all are proud of this. It is said that for the entire human race, our earth has given such a knowledge which benefits everyone’s health and gives them the power to recognize themselves. The feeling of accepting the truth easily and simply is awakened. You get all this only through one Vidya Yoga and all the troubles that are happening on the earth today, if done properly then all the human beings on the earth are the Ashtanga of this Yoga in which the importance of Yama-Niyam is as much as that of Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi or Yogasana. Is.

So if we practice our Yama-Niyam properly then there will be no problem of any kind. The children who are participating in this competition today have all become proficient in a very unique knowledge and taking it forward and spreading it to others is the duty of all of us because Goswami Tulsidas has said about religion, “Parit Saris Dharam Nahi Bhai, Par Peeda Sam Nahi Adhamai”, which directly means that there is no religion higher than Parhit and others. There is no evil lower than causing pain to a person and what can be more beautiful than Yoga. What greater benefit can we do than if we bring it into someone else’s life. Therefore, I salute these children from the heart that they have taken the knowledge of Yoga and today by participating in this competition, it is going to be known to the entire world through our communication. In the coming times, this mantra of Yoga: Karmasu Kaushalam has come in our Gita, which means that through Yoga, the skill of your work also increases. And whoever has done yoga knows very well that through yoga, whatever work we are doing, we get the efficiency and ability to do it more efficiently. Therefore, bring yoga into your life and try to bring it into the lives of others too. The winning participants of this competition organized today will be awarded in the “Yoga Sangam” program to be organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day on 21st June. This competition program was conducted by Dr. Anup Singh, Executive President of District Yogasan Sports Association, Rampur.
