Amidst the flood crisis, CM Sarma assured the victims – ‘A new dawn will definitely come’

Guwahati. Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Sunday that every member of “Team Assam” is working day and night in relief and rescue operations, living like a family among the flood affected people. The Chief Minister said on social media that the state’s guardian ministers and local MLAs are continuously working hard to deal with the flood situation by coordinating with the administration and various agencies.

He said that the cooperation of local people, various social organizations, voluntary organizations and sensitive citizens is also strengthening the relief work. Dr. Sarma expressed confidence that with the collective efforts and courage of everyone, Assam will successfully face this disaster. He said, “Together we will overcome this difficult time. A new dawn will definitely come.”
