Sabudana Fingers: As soon as it is time for evening snacks, children start insisting on eating something crispy and fun. If you want to give children something that tastes good, then Sabudana Fingers can be the perfect option for you. Children will like these fingers made from sago. When it is mixed with potatoes and peanuts and given the shape of fingers, children eat it with great enthusiasm. Here we have brought its simple recipe.

Material

Sabudana: 1 cup (soaked)
Boiled potatoes: 2 (mashed)
Roasted peanut powder: 3-4 teaspoons
Green chilli: 1 (finely chopped, as per taste)
Green coriander: 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
Rock salt or plain salt: as per taste
Black pepper powder: ½ tsp
Dry mango powder or lemon juice: ½ tsp
Oil/Ghee: For cooking or shallow frying

method of making

Step 1: Soak the sago in water for 3-4 hours so that it swells properly. After this filter all the water.
Step 2: In a large bowl, add soaked sago, boiled potatoes, peanut powder, chopped green chillies, green coriander, salt, black pepper and dry mango powder and mix well.
Step 3: Now apply some oil on your hands and make long ‘fingers’ or roll shapes with this mixture.

fry or bake
Heat some oil or ghee in a pan and fry the fingers on low-medium flame until they become golden and crisp.
If you want to make it even healthier, then apply some oil in the air fryer and bake it at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
