1. Jhal Egg Maggi
will require:
• 2 packets of Maggi
• 1 egg
• Chopped green chillies
• Chop onion
In a pot with butter, saute onions and green chillies. Scrambled with egg well. Add salt and pepper as desired. Pour boiled maggi, mix well. Jhal-Jhal This maggi looks great on monsoon days.
2. Masala Maggi with vegetables
will require:
• 2 packets of Maggi
• Carrots, capsicum pods and beans
• 1 pinch garam masala
• A little coriander leaves
Lightly fry the vegetables in butter or white oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Add boiled maggi and stir well. Mix garam masala and coriander leaves and toss once more before lowering. It is delicious as well as nutritious.
3. Maggi Soup Bowl
will require:
• 2 packets of Maggi
• 2 cups vegetable/chicken stock
• Half a cup of sweet corn
• Carrot, Capsicum, Beans Kuchi
Bring the stock to a boil in the pot, pour in the carrots, capsicum, sweet corn. Mix salt and pepper as expected. Pour boiled maggi. The accompanying tastemaker can also be added to this soup. It should be noted that the amount of stock should be much more than that of Maggi. If you want, you can add pre-fried chicken pieces in it. Serve sprinkled with chilies.
4. Maggi Pakora
will require:
• 2 packets of Maggi
• Half a cup gram flour
• Chop onion
• Chopped green chillies
• Coriander leaves
Boil Maggi and grind it. Make small balls or flat tikkis by mixing all the vegetable pieces and salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil on medium heat until golden. Serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney. The taste of this rich pakora is absolutely unique.

5. Garlic Butter Maggi
will require:
• 2 packets of Maggi
• Garlic cloves (5–6 cloves)
• Chili flakes
• Oregano
Saute garlic in butter until light golden. Take boiled Maggi in another vessel, pour this butter-garlic oil over it, mix well. Sprinkle chili flakes, pepper and oregano on top, stir well and serve hot. Maggi made this way tastes instantly different from others.
