How to make Corn Paneer Masala
prepare gravy
Boil tomatoes and soaked cashew nuts lightly and make a smooth paste in the mixer. This will make the texture of the gravy rich and creamy. If you want, you can also add a little milk to it.
fry the spices well
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add onion to it and fry until it turns golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. After this, add tomato-cashew paste and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and salt and fry until the masala starts releasing oil.
Mix Corn and Cheese
Now add boiled sweet corn and paneer pieces in the gravy. Add some water as required and cook on low flame for 5 minutes, so that all the flavors mix well.
Add cream and kasoori methi
Finally add fresh cream, kasoori methi and garam masala and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. This will increase both the taste and aroma of the vegetable. After turning off the gas, garnish with green coriander.
serve like this
Serve Corn Paneer Masala hot with Butter Naan, Lachcha Paratha, Tandoori Roti, Phulka or Jeera Rice. Adding salad, raita and papad along with it will further enhance the taste of the dinner.
