- Mango slices
- paneer
- sugar
- Milk powder
- milk
- Cardamom powder
- dry fruits
- ghee

- Bread

Action:
- To make Shahi Mango Malai Toast, first of all, make a paste by mixing mango pieces, paneer, sugar, milk powder, cardamom and little milk in a mixer bowl.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add the prepared paste and saffron milk and cook on low flame till the mixture thickens. After the thick mixture is formed, switch off the flame.
- Fry the cut pieces of bread in hot oil until crisp. Add sugar, water, cardamom powder and saffron in a pan and make sugar syrup.
- Spread the prepared mango cream on the fried bread pieces and place the toast on top once again and keep it to soak in sugar syrup.
