Delhi ISI Spy: The Special Cell of Delhi Police has exposed a big espionage network linked to Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI operating in the capital. Police have arrested a young couple Sahil and his wife Sameera. Both of them have a very serious allegation of working on the instructions of Intelligence Operatives (PIOs) sitting in Pakistan and sending sensitive information across the border through Indian SIM cards.

Police investigation has revealed that the foundation of this dangerous game was laid in 2024 through the social media platform Instagram. Sahil met a Pakistani handler through Sameera. Later both of them got married. The Pakistani handler prepared both of them for anti-national activities by luring them with a good amount of money and got them in touch with the senior PIO sitting in Pakistan. The investigation has revealed that between 2024 and 2025, the couple obtained 8 Indian SIM cards and sent them to Pakistan. In exchange for these SIM cards, Pakistani handlers had sent him Rs 30,000.
WhatsApp activation and group theft through SIM card
The operatives sitting there activated WhatsApp accounts on these 8 Indian numbers sent to Pakistan. Since it was an Indian number, no one would suspect it and Pakistani agents were trying to infiltrate Indian WhatsApp groups through it and collect sensitive information related to the country. Not only this, Sahil was also given the responsibility of conducting recce of different cantonment (military cantonment) areas of the country and adding new people to this network. The most shocking thing that has come to light is that he also collected and sent information across the border about such army personnel, against whom the court martial process was going on in the tribunal.
Who are Sahil and Sameera??
- Sahil (age Born in 2001): Sahil had completed BA from IGNOU and worked as a lawyer. He further wanted to pursue LLB, but in June 2025 he left the job and was unemployed. Her father is originally from Badaun (UP) and is a car mechanic in Sarai Kale Khan, Delhi.
- Sameera (age Born in 2005): Sameera, who did BA from distance after completing 12th from Keshav Puram, Delhi, was working in a call center in Noida. His father is originally from Bijnor and works in the supply of cold drinks and water in Shakarpur, Delhi. According to the police, Sameera had a big role in collecting and sending Indian SIM cards.
Secrets revealed through mobile forensic investigationlooking for the remaining episodes
The Northern Range of Special Cell of Delhi Police had received inputs related to sleeper cells and logistics support in Delhi-NCR. When the investigation progressed, Sahil was caught first. Forensic investigation of her mobile phone revealed raw logs of chats and calls with Pakistani agents, after which Sameera was also arrested.
During investigation of the two mobile phones seized from both of them, many encrypted chats and digital evidence were found. The police is now interrogating both of them and trying to find out which other people and sleeper cells are connected to this network within the country.
