Patna. Famous teacher Faizal Khan alias Khan Sir has got a big relief from the court in the famous coaching war case of the capital Patna. During the hearing held in Patna Civil Court on Saturday, the court, while considering his anticipatory bail plea, ordered to continue the interim protection till the next hearing. Along with this, the ban on his arrest will remain in place for the time being.

Court gave instructions to maintain status quo-
During the hearing, the updated case diary of the case was presented before the court on behalf of the police administration. After perusing the case diary, the court heard the arguments of both the parties and instead of giving any final decision, ordered to maintain the status quo.

While giving interim relief to Faizal Khan and other parties associated with him, the court directed the police not to take any harsh or punitive action. Due to this order of the court, Khan sir has got legal relief for the time being.

During the hearing of the case, the bail petitions of both the security personnel of Khan sir were also discussed. There was a long debate between the lawyers of both the sides on this issue in the court. However, the final decision in this regard is yet to come.

During the hearing, the opposing side’s advocate Niranjan Kumar presented many serious arguments before the court while opposing the anticipatory bail plea of ​​Khan Sir. He claimed that the background of the entire controversy and the links of the alleged conspiracy are linked to Khan Global Studies.

He also said that despite Roshan Anand applying at Kadamkuan police station, an FIR has not been registered yet, even though there is enough evidence in the case. The advocate told the court that allegations like pressurizing the victim and attempting to attack have also come to light, which require an impartial investigation.
