Patna. YouTuber and teacher Faizal Khan alias Khan Sir is currently getting a big relief in the famous coaching controversy. The decision on his anticipatory bail plea could not be taken even on Friday. The District and Sessions Court has fixed the next hearing of the case on June 30. Till then the interim stay on the arrest of Khan sir or any punitive action against him will continue.
The final decision will be taken on June 30-
During the hearing held on Friday, the police presented the updated case diary in the court, which was summoned by the court in the previous hearing. Now on the basis of this case diary, on June 30, the court will give the final decision on the anticipatory bail plea of Khan Sir.
In the same case, no decision could be taken on the bail plea of both the personal security personnel of Khan Sir. His petition will also be heard on June 30 only.
The police was reprimanded in the last hearing-
During the hearing on June 25, the court had expressed strong displeasure over the investigation process of the police. The court reprimanded the investigating officer, terming the case diary presented by the police as incomplete and directed to provide the complete and updated case diary immediately.
In the same case, co-accused Abhishek and Gaurav have been granted bail from the court, after which both of them were released from Beur jail.
The opposing side made serious allegations-
Opposing the anticipatory bail of Khan sir, advocate Niranjan Kumar of the opposite party claimed in the court that the entire controversy and the alleged conspiracy was planned within Khan Global Studies.
He also alleged that despite the complainant Roshan Anand applying at the Kadamkuan police station, the FIR has not been registered yet. Also claimed that an attempt was made to attack Roshan Anand inside the jail and a criminal incident also happened with his brother Prince. He demanded an impartial investigation into the entire matter.
All eyes fixed on June 30-
Now in this high-profile case, all eyes are on the hearing on June 30, when the court will give the final verdict on Khan sir’s anticipatory bail plea. Till then he will continue to get interim relief from arrest.
