Big suicide attack by BLA in Pakistan Coast Guard, painful death of more than 30 soldiers

A very big and sensational news is coming out from Gwadar district of Balochistan. Banned separatist organization Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for a massive suicide attack on a strong camp of Pakistan Coast Guard located in Panwan in Jiwani area. According to a report by ‘The Balochistan Post’, more than 30 Pakistani soldiers have been killed in this deadly attack, while dozens of others are said to be seriously injured.

This dangerous and well-planned operation was carried out by BLA’s special ‘Majeed Brigade’ on Friday evening. According to the organisation, a suicide bomber named Ataullah Baloch alias Ajmal rammed a Mazda truck packed with explosives into the Coast Guard camp building at around 6:32 pm. As soon as the collision occurred, there was a very loud and tremendous explosion. BLA spokesperson Ziand Baloch has issued an official statement claiming that due to this massive explosion, the entire military camp of the Coast Guard was turned into a pile of debris.

BLA’s media wing ‘Hakkal’ has also released a 43-second video clip regarding the developments related to this attack. The footage shows a truck loaded with explosives entering the camp complex and a massive explosion immediately following. It is clearly visible in the video that after the blast, a large part of the military structure has been completely leveled and destroyed.

The organization said that immediately after this initial car bomb blast, their tactical wing ‘Fateh Squad’ took charge. The fighters of Fateh Squad surrounded the camp which had been reduced to debris and started a one-on-one fight with the Coast Guard soldiers remaining there. It has been claimed that more than 30 soldiers have been killed in this ground attack. The spokesperson says that considering the serious condition of the people buried under the debris and the injured, the number of dead soldiers may increase further. The organization has warned that such armed attacks on Pakistani security forces will continue until the goal of complete independence of Balochistan is achieved.
