The government has taken forward the process towards setting a respectable salary structure for them. After the announcement by Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary on Teachers' Day, this issue has been discussed by a high level committee.
Suggestions will also be taken from teachers
The committee headed by the Chief Secretary will hold its next meeting soon. In this, representatives of teachers and employees will also be called and their opinion will also be taken. The suggestions received will be included in the recommendations of the committee. After this the report will be submitted to the state government.
There will also be discussion with the finance department
The amount required to implement the salary structure will also be assessed. For this, discussions will be held with the Finance Department and other related departments. The government will also decide from which source the additional financial burden should be provided.
Demand has been rising for a long time
Since the implementation of the financeless education policy in Bihar, the issue of salary has been in constant discussion in many affiliated educational institutions. Now as the committee process moves forward, the hope of teachers and employees of these institutions getting better salaries has been strengthened.
