Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has put an end to the ongoing concerns on social media regarding his health after the special Weekend Ka Vaar episode of 'Bigg Boss 20'. Salman has clarified that by the grace of God his health is completely fine. A recent promo of Bigg Boss had created confusion among the fans.

During the episode, Salman Khan was seen placing his hand on his heart in the middle of the show. After this he had trouble speaking and lay down on the stage and asked to call the doctor. The audience and their fans were extremely worried by this development. Videos started being shared rapidly on social media and fans started praying for his speedy recovery.

Amidst the growing rumors and concern, Salman Khan issued a statement on his Instagram story to clarify the situation. Salman wrote, that by the grace of God there is no problem in my health. Salman expressed displeasure over the editing of 'Bigg Boss' promo. He said that the way the promo was cut, it seemed as if he was really going through a health crisis.

Salman told that this entire drama was to teach a lesson to contestant Qazi. Qazi was entertaining himself by pretending to be ill inside the house, due to which the other 15 housemates were unaware and worried. Salman was explaining to them that it is wrong to use health for entertainment. He wrote, the promo defeated the entire purpose and it felt like I was doing the same thing Qazi had done. That pain was just to show Qazi that what he did was wrong.

During this episode, Salman Khan also appeared very angry at social media trollers. He took on those who trolled actresses and artists for their looks. Responding to the ongoing speculations about his health and looks (rumors of being bald), Salman took off his cap and T-shirt on stage.
