Bihar CM Samrat Chaudhary became strict regarding the safety of daughters, gave these instructions to DM and SP
Amid increasing firing and crime in Nalanda, Bihar, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has issued strict instructions for District Magistrates (DM) and Superintendents of Police (SP). While addressing a public meeting in Nalanda, CM Samrat said that for him the safety of daughters and women in the state is paramount. Therefore, the police administration will remain alert until the daughters and women return safely.
Zero tolerance policy adopted
Along with this, while addressing his speech, the CM emphasized on the policy of zero tolerance and said that violence against women in the state will not be tolerated at all. Along with this he said that there is no need to garland the accused who commit heinous crimes against girls as young as 10 or 15 years of age. Instead, action like garlanding their photographs should be taken, which would send a clear message of strictness to the entire administrative machinery.

Let us tell you, to commemorate the marriage celebration of Shri Sharan Niwas Mahato Baba, a two-day state inauguration has been done by the Chief Minister on Friday, May 1, in Pranava village of Nalanda district. Local people as well as public representatives participated enthusiastically in this fair.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister assured the general public that the state government is continuously strengthening the administrative structure. In the times to come, people will no longer have to run from pillar to post to police stations, circle or block offices for their various works, whether small or big. Their complaints will be resolved as soon as possible.
