13.93 lakh offline applications received

Till 17th August 2026 4,13,079 applications i.e. 35 percent Data entry has been completed. In data entry, Jehanabad is ahead with 104 percent, Darbhanga with 102 percent, Arwal with 98 percent and Banka with 98 percent.
So far 13,292 applications for e-KYC Has been enabled for, out of which e-KYC of 1,569 has been completed. From SDO login till now 6,826 ration cards issued Have been done. Saharsa district has the highest 2,124 ration cards Have been issued. The Chief Secretary directed to expedite the ration card work and complete the pending e-KYC in mission mode.
