Big announcement by Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari in Bihar, teachers will get cash reward for extra classes

Bihar News: The government has geared up to strengthen the education system in Bihar and root out the problems of teachers. State Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari, who arrived at a special program of Bihar Panchayat Nagar Primary Teachers Association, has made many big announcements in the interest of teachers. The Education Minister has said in clear words that the Bihar government completely stands with the teachers.

High level meeting will be organized

The Education Minister announced that a high-level meeting will be organized between top officials of the Education Department and teachers union leaders within the next one week. In this meeting, every small and big problem of the teachers will be seriously considered and their immediate permanent solution will be found. The aim of the government is that teachers can give better education to children without any mental stress.

Teachers taking extra classes will soon get financial incentive

During the program, the Education Minister was honored by the teachers by giving them corsets and mementos. In this felicitation ceremony, when the teachers handed over a long and detailed demand letter of their demands to the Education Minister, the Minister said smilingly that if I had known that such a thick demand letter was going to be received, I would have brought the entire ministry with me.

Made this promise to teachers

Minister Mithilesh Tiwari promised the forum that the government will sympathetically consider every legitimate demand of the teachers. Along with this, while sharing a big policy decision, he said that now the government will give special incentive to the teachers taking extra classes in government schools, for which a new policy is coming soon. This will boost the morale of teachers and they will be able to pay more attention to children.

Coaching institutes will not run during school hours

Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari while appealing to all the teachers present in the program said that every teacher will have to take a pledge that the children of government schools should not go to private schools for studies under any circumstances. He made it clear in a strict tone that no private coaching institute will be run in the state during school timings. If anyone does this then strict action will be taken against him.

Extra classes will run inside government schools

To overcome the weaknesses of children, extra classes will be arranged within government schools so that poor children do not have to spend money outside. He requested the teachers to not just remain teachers but also to become guardians of the children and fully live up to the expectations of Bihar with a population of fourteen crores.

CSR fund will improve the condition of schools

Describing the improvement in the quality of education in Bihar as the first priority of the government, the Education Minister said that he has recently held an important meeting with NITI Aayog. Apart from this, he is also going to hold a meeting with the heads of all the major banks of the country very soon. The government plans to completely improve the infrastructure and basic condition of government schools through Corporate Social Responsibility i.e. CSR funds. Facilities like modern labs, clean drinking water and better toilets will be provided in schools.

The first model school will be launched in July

The Education Minister further told in the program that all the provisions of the National Education Policy are being strictly implemented in Bihar. The government is working on creating the best schools in every district. In this series, in the coming month of July, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary will launch the state’s first state-of-the-art model school in a grand manner. This model school will compete with private schools and children will get all kinds of modern facilities in it. With these efforts of the government, the picture of government schools of Bihar will completely change in the coming days.
