Indian actress Bipasha Basu clarified her reaction to photographers after a video from her recent outing in Mumbai sparked discussion on social media. The actress said she was heading to work and wanted to reach on time, rather than expressing anger towards the paparazzi.
The incident took place on Thursday, October 8, when Bipasha was spotted outside a studio. She questioned why photographers were present and did not stop to pose for their cameras. A paparazzi page later shared the footage, presenting her reaction as anger.
Bipasha responded to the video through her Instagram Stories, where she also questioned the background music used in the clip.
“Please tell me what is this background music? Someone is going to work and likes to be on time.. but just because we question your presence doesn’t mean i am angry,” she wrote.
The Body actress also pointed out that the video had left out part of her interaction with the photographers.
“You choose to ignore my Thank you at the end conveniently,” she added.
Bipasha further clarified that she had no general issue with photographers and acknowledged their conduct towards her.
“Anyways, I have no issue with paps ever. 🙂 Most of them are very respectful towards me always,” she wrote.
Her response addressed the impression created by the viral clip and explained why she had questioned the photographers’ presence outside the studio.

Bipasha was last seen in the crime thriller series Dangerous, which premiered on MX Player in 2020. The series also featured her husband, actor Karan Singh Grover.
The couple had previously worked together in the 2015 horror film Alone and married in 2016.
