BJP government has ruined the education system: Akhilesh Yadav

Samajwadi Party National President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has leveled serious allegations against the BJP government regarding the education system. He said that the BJP government has ruined the state’s education and examination system, affecting the future of students and youth.

Akhilesh Yadav said that the BJP government wants to keep children from poor families away from education. He alleged that more than 22,000 primary schools in Uttar Pradesh have been closed citing mergers and other reasons. He said that the BJP government is responsible for the poor condition of the temples of education in the state.

The SP president said that the BJP government is weakening the system right from the very beginning of children’s education. He alleged that even basic facilities are not being provided to students in government schools. Many school buildings are in dilapidated condition, some have problems with electricity and fans, and others complain of water leaking from roofs during rains.

Akhilesh Yadav said that education and employment have never been a priority on the BJP government’s agenda. He alleged that due to the government’s faulty policies, the state’s education system is steadily weakening, and students and youth are worried about their future.

He said that students across the country are angry with the BJP’s education policies and that the youth will respond in the future. Accusing the BJP of practicing hate politics, Akhilesh Yadav said that instead of building new schools, colleges, and universities, this government has weakened existing institutions.

Referring to the Mohammad Ali Jauhar University in Rampur, the SP president said the government was trying to destroy it. He said history bears witness that those who harm universities have never been well-wishers of society. He called for the protection and strengthening of educational institutions.
