Tezzbuzz Desk- The dispute between Delhi BJP's Mundka MLA Gajendra Daral and Kanjhawala Mandal President Sunil Kumar has reached the party's disciplinary committee. Delhi Pradesh BJP has sought clarification from both the leaders. Both will have to present their case before the disciplinary committee on September 16 at 3 pm.

Kanjhawala Mandal President Sunil Kumar has accused MLA Gajendra Daral of assault and use of caste-related words. According to Sunil, the MLA had called him to the BJP office on the pretext of a meeting with the voter list. There he was stopped and beaten with sticks, pipes and belts throughout the night. He also showed injury marks on social media.

Sunil Kumar alleged that during the incident the CCTV cameras of the office were switched off and the doors were locked from inside. He has also alleged abuses and casteist remarks. Sunil says that he gave a written complaint to the police, but the FIR has not been registered yet. Aam Aadmi Party has targeted BJP on the matter. AAP leader Kuldeep Kumar demanded strict action against the MLA and alleged that the Dalit Mandal president was misbehaved.

Taking cognizance of the controversy, BJP has given both MLAs Gajendra Daral and Sunil Kumar a chance to reply. The disciplinary committee can decide on further action after hearing both sides.
