Responding to Chidambaram’s statement, Ravi Shankar Prasad said, “Those who justify the Naxalites are themselves mentally Naxalites, i.e. ‘urban Naxals’.” He added that today the Tricolor is flying proudly in Bastar, which was once active for Naxalites. Bihar’s Jehanabad district has also become Naxalism-free due to Modi government’s strikes.
