According to Iranian Embassy sources, Pejeshkian did not touch the feet of the spiritual leader. Sources said that the President had bowed after giving a letter to a leader, which had accidentally fallen from his hand. This moment was captured when Pejeshkian was bending to pick up the letter. Embassy sources further said that the viral image has been misrepresented and is being shown in a misleading manner.
