A 22-year-old boy brutally murdered his father in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place in Ashok Vihar area of Loni around 2 am on Friday-Saturday night. The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Irfan (58). The police have arrested the 22-year-old accused son. His name is Mohammad Chavez.
Other members of the house were sleeping at the time of the incident. The accused attacked the father several times on the head with a sharp weapon. The family members lost their sleep after hearing the screams. Everyone together caught the accused youth. Mohammad Irfan was immediately rushed to the hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. Loni police has registered a case under section 103(1) (murder) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) against the accused son.

murder for slap
According to Loni police, the accused had a dispute with his sister on Friday evening. The father reprimanded his son and slapped him. Angered by this very thing, the son attacked his father with a sharp weapon while he was sleeping late at night. Loni SHO Yogendra Kumar Singh said that a case has been registered against the accused on the complaint of his elder sister.
Police embroiled in adult-minor dispute
Initially the family claimed that the accused boy was a minor. His age is 15 years. Rural DCP Surendra Nath Tiwari said that the school principal of the accused confirmed in writing that he is an adult. He told that the accused was born in 2004. He is a student of 8th class.

The accused was caught with weapons
According to ACP Ram Kishan of Loni Circle, the son had attacked his father with a sickle. He was seriously injured. Hearing the screams, other members of the house woke up and controlled the accused son. The injured was immediately taken to the hospital. The matter was also informed to the police. However, Mohammad Irfan was declared dead in the hospital. The police arrested the accused and recovered the weapon from him.
