New Delhi: An incident of firing on the car of Punjabi singer and actor Amy Virk has come to light in Canada. It is being told that this attack took place in Abbotsford area, when Amy Virk was returning after finishing her show. He himself was present in the car during the firing, but he was not injured in this attack. After the incident, questions have once again arisen regarding the safety of Punjabi artists.

According to the information, Amy Virk had attended an event in Canada on the night of Saturday, September 5. After the show was over, he was leaving in his Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Meanwhile, unknown assailants targeted his car and opened fire. It is being told that the attackers have fired about 7 to 10 rounds. Of these, marks of seven bullets were found on the vehicle. At the time of the attack, a total of four people including Amy Virk were traveling in the car. After the firing the attackers fled from the spot.
Police started investigation
Abbotsford Police have confirmed the incident. The Major Crime Unit is investigating the case. In the initial investigation, the police are considering it as a targeted shooting and are moving ahead. However, it is not yet clear whether Amy Virk was the target or the attackers had some other motive.
