Roorkee. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has given a big message while addressing the youth of the state in the “Youth Dialogue Program” organized in Roorkee. CM Dhami clearly said that today’s youth is the strongest foundation for the bright future not only of Uttarakhand but of the entire country. Describing India as the youngest country in the world, he said that the dream of a developed India and developed Uttarakhand is going to come true only on the basis of the energy of the youth, their new ideas (innovation) and talent.

In fact, the Chief Minister spoke directly to the youth in this public meeting in Roorkee and heard their thoughts. Referring to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that today the youth in the country are not seen just as a vote bank. In fact, considering them as the strongest pillar of developed India, historic steps are being taken to promote their education, skill development and self-employment.

Self-employment will stop migration and increase ‘reverse migration’

While presenting the roadmap of his government, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that our biggest goal is to create such an Uttarakhand, where the youth do not have to leave their homes in search of jobs or opportunities. The government wants that the youth should get adequate employment and business opportunities in their own state.

For this, links like Chief Minister Self-Employment Scheme, Youth Promotion Scheme and ‘House of Himalayas’ have been added, due to which the local products of Uttarakhand are getting global recognition. CM said that due to State Millet Mission, Apple and Kiwi Mission and new tourism policy, new opportunities have been created on a large scale in the state. As a result of this, there has been a huge reduction in the unemployment rate of Uttarakhand by 4.4 percent, which is much better than the national average. Now the youth of the state are returning from outside and starting their own work in their villages and towns, due to which a positive environment of ‘reverse migration’ has been created.

Strict anti-copying law brings transparency in recruitment examinations

Referring to employment and government jobs, the Chief Minister assured the youth that the government is fully prepared to protect their interests. Citing the country’s most stringent anti-cheating law implemented in the state, he said that now any kind of rigging in competitive examinations is not possible. Complete transparency has been brought in the examinations, due to which in the last four and a half years, more than 33 thousand youth have got government jobs through a completely fair process.

Along with this, to strengthen the structure of higher education, 20 model colleges, modern IT labs and women’s hostels are being constructed rapidly in the state. Talking about industrial development, he said that during the same period, more than 20 thousand new industries have been established within Uttarakhand, which has opened new avenues of investment and jobs.

Cyber ​​cell keeps a close eye on social media rumors

During this youth dialogue programme, the youth also asked direct questions to the Chief Minister. When a young man named Bhunesh Goyal asked about the safety of youth and participation in governance, the CM informed him about every policy of the government, describing Roorkee as the land of science and innovation.

At the same time, Rhea Vandana asked about the government’s preparedness on rumors and misinformation spread on social media. On this, the Chief Minister acknowledged that in today’s era, social media has become a very powerful medium of mass communication, where any message reaches millions of people in a moment. He cautioned that our cyber cell is fully active to prevent its misuse. Strictest legal action will be taken against those who try to disturb social harmony by spreading rumours.

AI and drone technology will be used for Mahakumbh 2027

In the program, a young woman named Sonalika expressed curiosity about the preparations for the Kumbh Mela to be held in the year 2027. On this, Chief Minister Dhami said that the government is already working to make the Kumbh Mela of the year 2027 very divine, grand and safe. Special attention is being given to crowd control, traffic management and construction of new ghats.

It is being told that in this time’s Kumbh Mela, modern technology will be used to tighten the security and arrangements. Drones and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based security systems will be used on a large scale to monitor the fair.
