Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Teliajot village of Sadar tehsil of Basti district on Sunday. Here he paid tribute to Yashoda Devi, the late mother of Bharatiya Janata Party National General Secretary and former MP Harish Dwivedi. Yashoda Devi passed away a few days ago. She was ill for some time.
The Chief Minister's helicopter landed at the helipad built in Kudi village of Nagar police station area at around 11:15 am. After this, he reached Harish Dwivedi's residence in Teliajot village by road. There he paid tribute to late Yashoda Devi by offering flowers on her portrait and expressed grief over her demise.
Met the bereaved family and consoled them
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met Harish Dwivedi and his family members. During this, he expressed condolences to the family members and gave them strength to remain patient in this difficult time.
The Chief Minister said that losing a mother is a very sad moment for any child. He prayed to Lord Shri Ram to grant the bereaved family the strength to bear this unbearable grief.
