CM Yogi's announcement, 4 big good news for lawyers in UP

Prayagraj. There is great news for the lawyers of Uttar Pradesh. During a program organized in Prayagraj, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced to provide cashless treatment facility up to ₹ 5 lakh for the advocates active in the state. Preparations are underway to provide its benefits to advocates practicing from the High Court to the District Courts.

400 law officers will get tablets

CM Yogi also announced to connect state law officers with modern technology. Under this, tablets will be provided to 400 state law officers, which will facilitate information and functioning of government related matters in the courts.

Chamber and parking facilities also mentioned

The Chief Minister said that on the demand of lawyers, multi-level parking has been constructed in the High Court premises. Besides, chambers have been created for more than 10 thousand advocates. The government will also cooperate on the proposal of providing furniture and necessary equipment in the chamber.

Apart from this, there was also talk of 50 percent increase in the fees of state law officers in the program. There are preparations to add a large number of advocates to the cashless medical insurance scheme.
