Controversial statement given in Bengal elections, now FIR, Abhishek Banerjee in trouble?

An FIR has been registered against Trinamool Congress (TMC) General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee in West Bengal. Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate has registered an FIR against Abhishek Banerjee on Friday. Abhishek Banerjee is accused of making inflammatory and objectionable comments in his speeches on social media during the West Bengal Assembly elections.

This case was registered in Bidhannagar on the complaint of Rajiv Sarkar. The complainant alleged that Abhishek Banerjee had said objectionable and provocative things against the Central Ministers and other parties, outside the parliamentary decorum.
