Delhi News: Aam Aadmi Party’s Delhi State President Saurabh Bhardwaj has made a big revelation about the political connections of the SS Mota Singh School where a three-year-old girl was raped. He hit back at the misrepresentation of Education Minister Ashish Sood and said that the file of SS Mota Singh School has gone missing in the Delhi government. Ashish Sood tell what the government wants to hide? All the information about the members coming and going in the trust is given to the sub-registrar of the government. How did that file disappear? He asked that if the school has no political connection then why did Amarjeet Singh Babbu give all the credit to Minister Pravesh Verma and thank him for making him a trustee on Facebook?

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that apart from Amarjeet Singh, Dr. Virendra Kumar Aggarwal, Swati Garg and Manish Gupta have become the new trustees of the school trust. Some information was found about Amarjeet Singh Babbu by posting on Facebook, but who are the other three people? The girl’s parents say that whenever they went to the police station, they found the school’s Janakpuri branch manager Manjeet Singh Olakh, who is close to minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, and there was also a photograph of both of them. He said that today the three-year-old rape victim girl is admitted in the hospital due to deteriorating health. Despite this, why is the school management being saved? He has demanded Ashish Sood to make the school file public, so that people can also know whether the school has political connections or not.

While holding a press conference at AAP headquarters on Friday, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the three-year-old girl in SS Mota Singh Public School was raped by an official of the school itself. When the family took the girl to Deendayal Upadhyay Hospital, her medical examination was done at around 2:15 in the night. The medical doctor had told the girl’s mother that the girl’s hymen had ruptured, but later the doctor did not mention this in the medical report.

Saurabh Bhardwaj told that since then the girl was not well. He had reduced his eating and drinking habits and was having difficulty even passing urine. When the family got an ultrasound done, the girl was found to be facing a lot of problems. On Thursday, the girl’s health became so bad that she had to be admitted to the hospital. The situation of the parents is such that they are calling and asking what will they do if there is a financial problem and the government does not give the money? We have told the family not to worry about money, they will not be allowed to face problems and they should just get the treatment done. But it is a matter of great shame that today such a situation has happened with an innocent school going girl in the country’s capital Delhi.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the condition of the girl is not known yet, but she was admitted to the hospital at night and she is still admitted. The girl has been told that she has a severe infection and everyone knows very well why this infection occurs. But the irony is that the court has granted bail to the accused a few days ago.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that on Thursday, Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood spoke on this matter for the first time, even though it is a well-known school in his own area Janakpuri. This school is two minutes away from their house, so they cannot say that they do not know this school. In March, Ashish Sood himself had organized a grand program of bhajan clubbing inside this school by the Delhi government. Thousands of people came there and lakhs or maybe crores of rupees were spent on it. The government does not disclose its expenditure and does not disclose it even in the Assembly. Both Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Ashish Sood were present in that program. Governments do not organize big programs at government expense in such unknown schools.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that on Thursday Ashish Sood said very vulgar and cheap things. They are saying that Saurabh Bhardwaj should tell which BJP leader and minister has bought stakes in this school. When the Education Minister is from the BJP, the Revenue Minister is from the BJP, the Chief Minister is from the BJP and the sub-registrar office is also theirs, then where will Saurabh Bhardwaj get the papers from? The papers are with the BJP government only.

While explaining about the game of trust, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that there is a trust of five-seven people which runs the school. The name of the trust of SS Mota Singh School is SS Mota Singh Neela Charitable Trust. Neela is the name of the village in Pakistan from where it originated. This trust has property worth about Rs 500 crore. There is 7 acres in Paschim Vihar, about 2.5 acres in Janakpuri and 500 yards of separate land. The game of school trust is that two trustees resign and two new ones come. Then two more resign and two new ones come. Gradually the old trustees disappear and new trustees come, one of whom becomes the chairman.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that in this way property worth Rs 500 crores gets transferred from some hands to others and for this all the money transactions are done in black and cash. Similarly, no one can give free trust and talk about going to Haridwar himself. The transactions that take place in such trusts are in the black. Whereas ideally these transactions should not take place because they are called non-profit.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that who came out of this trust and who came into the trust in the last one year since the BJP government was formed? Only Chief Minister Rekha Gupta or Ashish Sood can answer this. The government has the file and the information has to be submitted to the sub-registrar as to which trustee went out and who came in. When we contacted the sub-registrar, where any person can inspect the file by paying a fee. So we were told that that file has gone missing. Everyone understands why that file has been made missing.

Saurabh Bhardwaj, while showing some documents, said that last April, a post was made on Facebook by a person named Amarjeet Singh Babbu, who is said to be close to BJP minister Pravesh Verma. He wrote on Facebook that many thanks to Delhi’s popular minister Pravesh Verma for making him the trustee of SS Mota Singh School (Neela Charitable Trust) and he also tagged Pravesh Verma in this post. A man is thanking Delhi Minister Pravesh Verma on his Facebook for making him a trustee. The question arises whether this is Pravesh Verma’s trust and what does he have to do with this trust that he can make anyone a trustee? After some time that Facebook post was deleted.

Saurabh Bhardwaj told that there were two things in that Facebook post. One was a photo of Pravesh Verma with Amarjeet Singh Babbu. Second, a letterhead of the trust was also included with that post. It was written in it that to fulfill the objectives and development of the Trust, four new people are being given membership of the Trust. Among these four people, Prof. Dr. Virendra Kumar Aggarwal, Swati Garg, Amarjeet Singh and Manish Gupta were included. Manish Gupta’s name seems to be heard, but his address or phone number is not known, so that it can be known what is the reason for his coming to this trust? Swati Garg can also be an educationist or close to any leader. Amarjeet Singh came to know because he himself had thanked Pravesh Verma by posting a post on Facebook.

Saurabh Bhardwaj further said that there is some evidence of the political connection that the victim’s family repeatedly talks about. The second political connection is of Manjeet Singh Olakh. His photo is with BJP minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa and it is said that both are very close. The girl’s mother told that whenever she was called to the police station, Manjeet Singh Olakh was often seen talking to the police there. When Google and AI were asked about Manjeet Singh Olakh, information was received that he is the manager of Janakpuri branch of this school. On asking the school staff, it was found that the principal is like an employee, whereas the entire administration of the school is looked after by the manager. Manjit Singh Olakh, close to BJP minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, is often seen talking to the police in the police station, which proves that he has political connections.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that Ashish Sood should tell the truth of this trust. Why are they hiding it? If they have nothing to hide then make the file public. This is a public record, there is nothing to hide in it. The government should make the file public that who are the new people who have come inside this school and who are the old people who have gone, so that everything becomes clear to the public. Maybe the family had a misunderstanding that the police were suppressing the case for political reasons, lax action was taken and the accused got bail.

Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the three year old girl is still in the hospital. Her mother told that till now she used to go to school wearing a diaper and could not even go to the toilet on her own. She was wearing a diaper even on the day of the incident. There are sinners and demons who did this heinous act by removing the diaper of that girl and the police are threatening her parents. The girl has not been able to eat or drink for the last 14 days, is not able to go to the toilet and is vomiting.
