DCM laden with mangoes overturns on Ganga Expressway
Lalganj (Rae Bareli). On Tuesday, a DCM laden with mangoes went out of control and overturned near Semri village on the Ganga Expressway. The driver and conductor were seriously injured in the accident. According to the information, DCM was going to Prayagraj with mangoes from Lucknow. Suddenly the vehicle lost control and overturned near Semri village. Driver Santosh Yadav son of Munnalal, resident of Raja Talab, Maharajganj (Varanasi) and conductor Nasruddin son of Sirajuddin, resident of Badarpur, Ghazipur were injured in the accident.
As soon as the information was received, PRV-112 commander Munna Singh SI and driver Manish Singh reached the spot. Both the injured were sent to the hospital for immediate treatment. After this, the overturned DCM was removed from the expressway with the help of a crane. After the vehicle was removed, traffic became normal.
