Delhi government issued guidelines on Bakrid, case will be registered on sacrifice of these animals

Delhi Bakrid Guidelines: Rekha Gupta government of Delhi has issued guidelines regarding Bakrid. In which there is a complete ban on killing or sacrificing cows, calves, camels and other prohibited animals on Bakrid. Apart from this, there will be a ban on offering sacrifices in public places and dumping waste items into drains and sewers. At the same time, strict action will be taken against those who violate the rules.

Actually, Delhi Cabinet Minister Kapil Mishra has issued guidelines regarding Bakrid on Friday. He wrote in X Post, “Guidelines of Delhi Government on the festival of Bakrid: Sacrifice of cattle, cow, calf, camel and other banned animals on Bakrid is completely illegal, criminal case will be registered against those who do so… Sacrifice is not allowed in public places, streets, roads, legal action will also be taken against those who do so.”

He further wrote, “After the Kurban, dumping waste in sewers or drains or in public places is completely prohibited, Kurban can be done only at legal places. In case of violation of these guidelines, the police and the Development Ministry of Delhi Government can be informed.”
