A firing incident linked to personal enmity occurred on September 3 at Bablu Dairy in JJ Colony, Madanpur Khadar, under the jurisdiction of Kalindi Kunj Police Station, officials have confirmed.
Two rounds were reportedly fired inside the Dholwala Office, resulting in a man named Rohit sustaining a finger injury. Following a police control room call, officers arrived at the scene and commenced an investigation.
During the initial inquiry, Tarun alias Ranjan, 25, and Rohit, 23, were present and questioned by police. Further investigations identified the alleged perpetrators as Bhupender alias Guddu alias Dholwala, Monu, Deepak Bhagat, and Ravi alias Baba.
An independent witness, Mehboob Khan, owner of a nearby biryani shop, corroborated the presence of the accused and reported hearing a quarrel followed by gunfire. The investigation revealed the incident stemmed from a conspiracy rooted in personal enmity between Rohit Dhobi of Govindpuri and Deepak.
The police added Section 61(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, concerning criminal conspiracy, to the case. Authorities have arrested Bhupender alias Guddu in connection with the conspiracy and continue efforts to apprehend the remaining suspects.
