According to the report, Swatantra Bhardwaj, the accused who attacked Nishu Azad's father Sanjay Kumar, has been taken into custody from Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh on Friday, September 4. The police took the accused to Chola Police Station in Bulandshahr, where he is being interrogated.

The attack on Sanjay Kumar was mentioned by Bhardwaj in a podcast. After this video went viral on social media, leaders of Vandoni Cockroach Janata Party, Congress and Azad Samaj Party (Kanshiram) became active.
Earlier this morning, all the leaders and workers including Ashutosh Ranka, Saurav Das from CJP, Vinod Jakhar from Congress student wing, Nagina MP Chandrashekhar Azad had reached Sansad Marg police station in Delhi. Everyone had demanded appropriate legal action against Eksure Bhardwaj.

In fact, Sanjay Kumar was injured on June 23 during the initial phase of CJP's agitation. His daughter Nishu Azad claims that an FIR was lodged regarding this incident that happened to her father, but the police did not take the matter seriously. Azad also alleges that the matter was intentionally planted with harsh words.
Yesterday on September 3, when a video of Swatantra Bhardwaj went viral in which he was claiming to have beaten Nishu Azad's father Sanjay with a stick, got 60 stitches and then got out of jail on a phone call, CJP and other political parties became active.
After the video went viral, Nishu Azad had also posted a video and in it, taking the name of opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, he had said that justice has not been given yet and there is hope for justice only from him.
