Based on these allegations, he filed a criminal defamation complaint against Dhruv Rathi. It would not be correct to think that these allegations have been made by the complainant and the court has given a final conclusion based on it.
Directions for fresh summons from Saket court
It is reported that during the hearing of the case, the complainant's counsel raised the issue of difficulties in issuing summons to Dhruv Rathi. He told the court that since Dhruv Rathi lives in Austria most of the time, the process of issuing the summons is delayed.
After this, the court directed to issue a fresh summons to the address at Sector 56 in Gurugram. Also, it has been asked to speed up the process of issuing summons.
It is said that the court has also allowed the issuance of 'dasti summons' as per the demand of the complainant's lawyers. In this process the complainant or his representative can carry out the responsibility of serving the summons as per the relevant legal rules.
There is also talk about participation in the movement
Meanwhile, in October, Dhruv Rathi had claimed to have been detained by the police in the wake of the proposed protest at Delhi's Jantar-Mantar.
